You Rent...We Deliver

Rent one of our 26 ft. or 31 ft. fully contained travel trailers and let Luv 2 Camp do all the work for you. We will deliver and set up the trailer to your favorite campsite. Our drivers will provide a full explanation of the operation of the trailer and answer any questions you may have to ensure you have the best stay possible.

Trailer Features:

Each of our trailers are equipped with a shower & tub, propane operated refrigerator/freezer, stove and oven, forced air heat/cool and 12 volt lighting. All trailers come with microwave ovens and 110v outlets, however these require a generator to operate, unless you are parked in an RV park/campground with full hookups.

*please be aware that it is the customers responsibility to wash all dishes, utensils and pots and pans. Luv 2 Camp does not re-wash these items before the next rental*

We recommend that during peak season and holidays you call ahead for campground reservations.

Luv 2 Camp is not responsible for your campground reservation.

Our reservation policy is as follows:

Security Deposit 

A $500.00 security deposit Is required for each trailer rental. This security deposit covers the cost in the unfortunate event there is damage done to the inside or outside of trailer during your stay. Customer will be notified before charges are taken from credit card. Credit card will be kept on file.

 

Refund Policy 

Luv 2 Camp is unable to provide refunds for any reason. This includes but is not limited to: late arrivals, early departures, bad weather conditions or personal emergencies.

 

Payment Methods 

Luv 2 Camp gladly accepts the following form of payments: money order, cashiers check, visa, Mastercard, American Express and cash (only for 2^nd half of payment and upon delivery). We will accept personal checks for the first half of payment only and as long as the reservation is made more then 30 days in advance. A $25.00 fee will be charged for all returned checks.

 

Payment 

For reservations made more then 30 days in advance, 50% of the total amount of your stay will be charged 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. If the reservation that is made does not allow 30 days, 50% is due the day the reservation is made and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due one week prior to scheduled arrival date. If the reservation is made less then a week from arrival date, the total amount is due the day the reservation is made and is non-refundable.

 

Cancellation Policy 

If you must cancel your reservation, please notify someone in our office. Failure to return signed reservation form does not automatically cancel your reservation. All cancellations must be made 30 day prior to your scheduled arrival date. If you cancel less then 30 days from reservation date or reservation does not allow 30 days, your 50% due is non-refundable. If you cancel your reservation one week prior or less, the full amount is non-refundable.

 

Rescheduling Policy 

If you must cancel your reservation and don’t want to lose out on the money you have put toward your vacation, Luv 2 Camp offers a rescheduling policy.  If you have cancelled your reservation and you are less then 30 days from your arrival date, you can reshcedule your reservation for a $50 fee. The amount that you have put toward your reservation will be applied to your next reservation with Luv 2 Camp. Customer has 1 year from the date the reservation was cancelled to reschedule reservation. After 1 year, the reservation and amount paid becomes forfeited.

 

Generator Use 

Trailers that are equipped with a generator are powered by gas. Luv 2 Camp will provided 1 tank of gas per rental. If generator runs out of gas during your stay, it is the customers responsibility to refill the gas, if needed. Generators are only needed If you are dry camping (no hook ups) and are used for the microwave, the outlets and the air conditioner, ONLY.

 

Pets 

Luv 2 Camp welcomes your pets. However, if there is any damages done to the trailer, the cost of damage and/or cleaning will be taken out of security deposit.

 

Cleaning 

All that is required from our customers is basic clean up.  Before checking out of our trailer, please sweep the floor, wipe down the counters, wash and put away dishes if used and throw away your trash. If these requirements are not met an additional cleaning fee may apply.

Luv 2 Camp is not a substitute for a Hotel, Motel or a Condominium. Keep in mind these are trailer rentals. Our goal is to enhance your camping experience and provide shelter from the great outdoors.
