You Rent…We Deliver

Rent one of our self contained RV camping trailers and let Luv 2 Camp do all the work for you. We will deliver and set up the RV camping trailer to your campsite at the campground of your choice.  Our drivers will provide a full explanation of the operation of the trailer and answer any questions you may have to ensure you have the best stay possible. Luv 2 Camp is not responsible for your campground reservation, we recommend reserving well in advance for peak season and holiday reservations.

Trailer Features:

Each of our RV camping trailers are equipped with a shower & tub, propane operated refrigerator/freezer, stove and oven, forced air heat/cool and 12 volt lighting. All trailers come with microwave ovens and 110v outlets, and many other features to enhance your camping experience.  See your location for additional features.

Our general reservation policies are as follows:

Minimum stay

Luv2Camp requires a 2 night minimum stay & 3-4 night minimum stay during holidays, special events and peak summer season. See location pages for more details.

Security Deposit

A $500.00 security deposit Is required for each trailer rental. This security deposit covers the cost in the unfortunate event there is damage done to the inside or outside of trailer during your stay. Customer will be notified before charges are taken from credit card. Credit card will be kept on file and amount will not be charged to your card as a hold.

Refund Policy

Luv 2 Camp is unable to provide refunds for any reason. This includes but is not limited to: late arrivals, early departures, bad weather conditions, personal emergencies, cancelled events or restricted/limited campground amenities.

Payment Methods

Luv 2 Camp gladly accepts the following form of payments: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, cash (only for 2nd half of payment and upon delivery) and Venmo (not for the reservation fee). We will accept personal checks for the first half of payment only and as long as the reservation is made more then 30 days in advance. A $25.00 fee will be charged for all returned checks.

Payment

A non-refundable reservation fee is charged once the contract is signed and returned (due back within 72 hours of booking); $100 for off peak times and $200 for peak times, holidays and special events. The reservation fee is part of the total cost and not a separate fee. 50% of the rental balance will be charged 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. If the reservation is made 30 days or less in advance, 50% is due at the same time as the reservation fee. The remaining balance is processed one week prior to scheduled arrival date. If the reservation is made less then a week from arrival date, the rental total is due the day the reservation is made. ALL payments are non-refundable for any reason once charged.

Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel your reservation, please email our reservations office at info@luv2Camp.com. The reservation fee will be forfeited at the time of cancellation. All scheduled or requested payments charged after the reservation fee will remain on your Luv 2 Camp customer account as a rental credit for up to 1 year. Credits cannot be combined with other reservations or transferred to other persons. Failure to sign and return your contract agreement does not automatically cancel your reservation.

Rescheduling Policy

If you must cancel your reservation and don’t want to lose out on the money you have put toward your vacation, Luv 2 Camp offers a rescheduling policy.  Rescheduling is subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee a specific trailer size will be available during your requested dates. You can reschedule your reservation for a $50 fee and any account rental credit will be applied to the total rental cost (account credits are explained in the above Cancellation Policy section). Customer has 1 year from the arrival date of your original cancelled reservation to reschedule; new camping dates must occur before the expiration date, no exceptions. After 1 year, all amounts paid are forfeited.

Generator Use

Generators are not included with our trailers but can be rented at an additional fee; the rented generators will not power the A/C.  The generator is not to be used more than 4 hours per day, excess use will result in additional charges.  You are not required to refill the tank at the end of your stay. For campsites with no electrical hook-ups, a generator with 4,000 watts or higher would be required to power the A/C.

Pets

Luv 2 Camp welcomes your pets*. However, if there is any damages done to the trailer, the cost of damage and/or cleaning will be taken out of security deposit.

Cleaning

All that is required from our customers is basic clean up.  Before checking out of our trailer, please sweep the floor, wipe down the counters, wash and put away dishes if used and throw away your trash. If these requirements are not met an additional cleaning fee may apply.
